About

Based on the play of the same name by Russian writer Lermontov, “Masquerade” is one of the three ballets by the acclaimed Armenian composer Aram Khachaturian. Telling the tragic tale of a bracelet lost at a masked ball, the two-act ballet unfolds powerful, fateful emotions. Our team was commissioned to carry out the video production of the live performance of the “Masquerade” ballet by the Armenian National Opera & Ballet Theater. Our video recording captures the dramatic, yet active breathing and progression of this ballet, including those of its famous waltz scene.
